This course is designed to provide the student with an overall understanding of Ethics in the workplace. While going through the course, we will discuss morals, values, and business ethics. We then take these basic principles and discuss personal values and the challenges of business ethics. In the end, the student uses their knowledge of ethics as we discuss the topics of Fair Trade/Fair Sales, Disclosures, and Fair Claims Practices.
*This course lasts 3 consecutive hours. 2-hours with an instructor, and 1-hour via YouTube video of California's state-specific "Agent and Broker Anti-Fraud Training" course. After viewing the video, the student is responsible for downloading and completing a copy of the certificate.
