Justin H was my instructor, he was very thorough, patient & most of all supportive! We had 3 people in our class, he was able to manage all of our training needs with professionalism. I am completely new in this field of Insurance and I was so nervous to take the Property and Casualty Exam. Especially when I heard there is no longer in... read more person learning programs. I took the test twice before I learned about ICA and I wish I knew about it before I took the P&C Exam! I worked with Pre-Licensing Instructor named Justin H. and he was absolutely AMAZING. Not only did he work at my pace, but he made the learning fun and engaging. NOT say learning those concepts was "fun", but Justin really was able to make it enjoyable and stick in my head. If it wasn't for him, I honestly would tell anyone (I don't think I would have passed) Thank you, Justin, for all your time you spent with me these past two weeks. HIGHLY recommend ICA and JUSTIN!
