Your Insurance Education Expert with a Passion for Learning
I'm Justin, and for the past 18 years, I've been dedicated to the insurance industry, with the last 3 years spent here at Insurance Centers of America Education as a personal and commercial lines educator. My passion lies in empowering others with the knowledge they need to navigate the complexities of insurance.
In the last year and a half, I've had the privilege of training new and existing insurance agents on personal and commercial lines policies, along with the intricacies of quoting new commercial business. Guiding new agents through the licensing process is also incredibly rewarding, as I witness them embark on their insurance careers.
But my role goes beyond simply imparting knowledge. I believe in building relationships with our agents and customers becoming a trusted resource. A recent client experience truly exemplified this approach. When a client relocated from Arizona to Colorado, they entrusted me with handling all their insurance needs, including navigating claims that arose during the move. Through careful service and diligent support, I was able to ensure a smooth transition for them. Their feedback – that they'll remain with our agency forever – is the most gratifying reward I could ask for.
Beyond the Classroom: A Well-Rounded Life
Outside of the professional realm, I enjoy a variety of activities that fuel my energy and creativity. Whether I'm hitting the trails on a challenging hike, tinkering with the mechanics of a car, or expressing myself through drumming, I find that these pursuits allow me to approach my work with a fresh perspective.
When it comes to unwinding, I love settling in with a good horror or sci-fi flick. And as a loyal Denver Broncos fan, you can be sure I'm cheering them on during every game. Traveling, particularly to warm destinations like Mexico, offers me the chance to explore new cultures and broaden my horizons.
My dedication to learning extends far beyond the insurance curriculum. I'm always eager to connect with new people, explore new ideas, and find ways to better serve our agents.
